2003 Annual Executive Leadership Development and Diversity Training and Recruiting Conference

The National Association of Hispanic Federal Executives (NAHFE) will hold its Twelfth Annual Executive Leadership Development and Diversity Training and Recruiting Conference on November 18-21, 2003, at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, 9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819-8114. The theme for the conference is "Opening the Doors for Hispanic Leadership in the Federal Government."

NAHFE?s objectives support important parts of the Federal Government?s Human Capital Initiative. These objectives include: 1) to promote the Federal Government as a model employer; 2) to recruit highly qualified and motivated Hispanic candidates for Federal senior policy positions; 3) to provide state of the art career development training to Federal employees; and 4) to be a resource to Federal agencies in meeting their outreach and recruitment goals.

The NAHFE conference agenda will include extensive presentations on the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs), which provide a clear blueprint for career preparation and strategies for the advancement of all Federal employees.
