Oversees performance on strategic goals, e.g., President’s Management Agenda and Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Strategy; Government-wide workforce planning analysis including responsibility for implementation of 5 CFR 250 subpart (B); Government wide Talent Development Policy (e.g. 5 USC Chapter 41 ; 5 CFR 410 & 5 CFR 250); Oversight and direction of the 28 Federal Executive Boards (e.g. 5 USC 960)
