NOMAR 14th Annual Training Conference and Business Meeting

The National Organization for Mexican American Rights (NOMAR) will hold its 14th Annual Training Conference and Business Meeting from August 30 - September 2, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The theme for this conference is “Hispanics United in Strengthening America.”

NOMAR’s Annual Training Conference qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. chapter 41. The training is open to any Federal employee, and the training addresses Federal employment issues pertinent to Federal employees and applicants, including those from the Hispanic community. The conference will provide training and workshops in areas such as the Value of a Diverse Workforce, Equal Employment Opportunity, Laws and Policies, and current Civil Rights Issues.
