Dianne Campbell

Dianne Campbell currently serves as the Division Director for Human Resource Management, and the Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer for the National Science Foundation (NSF). Ms. Campbell joined NSF in May 2016. 

Prior to joining NSF, Ms. Campbell completed a special assignment to the International Trade Administration (ITA) and served as the Acting Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.  Prior to ITA, Ms. Campbell worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for nearly 15 years, where she held several positions including five years in Human Resources. In this role she obtained extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management and organizational management issues.  Within Human Resources, Ms. Campbell provided leadership and direction for multi-disciplined teams, serving as the Associate Director for Resources and Planning, as well as the Chief of the Strategic Human Capital Division. In this role, she provided oversight for many areas including Human Capital policy and accountability, Strategic Human Capital Planning, position management, recruitment outreach, and resource management.

Ms. Campbell received her B.S. in Business Management and Administration from John Hopkins University.
