Bonnie Doyle

Ms. Doyle is the Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Human Resources and Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer for the Social Security Administration.  In this capacity, she assists in overseeing a staff complement of 416 employees with an operating budget of approximately $74 million to administer the agency’s national human resource programs and policies including employee personnel matters, executive resources management, labor management relations, diversity and inclusion, and learning. 

Ms. Doyle began her Federal career with the Social Security Administration in 1973 as a Clerk-Stenographer.  Since then, she has advanced through increasingly responsible positions across the spectrum of human resources disciplines.  Ms. Doyle was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in December 2008 as the Director, Executive and Special Services Staff in the Office of Human Resources.

Among her honors are several Commissioner’s Citations and numerous Deputy Commissioner Citations, Associate Commissioner Citations and performance bonuses.

Bonnie graduated from the University of Maryland (UniversityCollege) with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.  

Ms. Doyle is a native of Maryland and is married with two sons.
