Out and Equal Workplace Advocates 2012 Workplace Summit

The Out and Equal Workplace Advocates will hold its 2012 Workplace Summit, from October 30 to November 1, 2012, in Baltimore, Maryland.  This Summit is designed to advance LGBT Workplace Equality. 

The program qualifies as training in compliance with 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41.  The conference is open to any Federal employee.  The conference will feature training and workshops in areas such as diversity and inclusion, policy and benefits, personal and professional development, social networking, and leadership skills.

In deciding whether to participate, Federal employees and managers are encouraged to review additional conference and training information – such as course descriptions, costs, and schedules – at the following website:  http://outandequal.org/summit-2012 

Agencies are reminded that reporting of training is governed by 5 CFR 410.601.
