Due to revenue reductions in our reimbursable programs, OPM Human Resources Solutions expects to implement a reduction-in-force (RIF) effective in March 2014. We are reaching out to the Federal Human Capital and Human Resources community for help in finding employment opportunities for OPM employees who will be impacted by the reduction.

To allow other agencies to benefit from OPM employees’ expertise and experience, while reducing the adverse impact on OPM employees, we established a Résumé Bank which will be available to Federal HR professionals through OMB’s MAX website. We ask that you encourage your HR staffs to request access to the site and review resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the needs of your hiring officials. If you have any upcoming vacancy announcements, please email the USAJOBS announcement links to: HRSHR@opm.gov. Once received, we will distribute the vacancy announcement to all personnel impacted by the RIF. We are particularly interested in vacancies in occupational series 180, 2XX, 3XX, 20XX and 6907 in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, San Antonio, Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.
